Custom Products: As all our products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review all details and designs carefully before confirming your order.
Damaged or Lost Items: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly. We package all products securely and insure them for protection during transit. Claims for damages or losses must be addressed with the shipping carrier, as we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for issues that occur during shipping.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 5 hours of order processing. Please note that after this period, your order may have already entered the design review stage or production, making cancellation more difficult. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order, and we will inform you if cancellation is still possible.
Design Mockup Approval: The production time for your order begins once you have approved the design mockup. Please review and approve your design promptly to avoid any delays. We cannot make changes to your design once it has been approved and production has commenced.
Design Modifications: If you wish to make modifications to your design after the mockup has been approved, please contact us as soon as possible. If your product has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate your changes. However, once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
